Abstract:
A method for preparing a baba-type food in a smart stirring and heating cooker, characterized in that: the following steps are comprised: step 1, a preparation stage; step 2, a low temperature heating and stirring stage; step 3, a medium temperature heating and stirring stage; step 4, a high temperature heating and stirring stage; step 5, a sustained heating stage; step 6, a keeping warm and stirring stage; and step 7, a keeping warm stage. The method for preparing a baba-type food in a smart stirring and heating cooker, by means of reasonable control and preparation steps, can easily prepare a baba-type food, and features a good preparation result, a shorter preparation time, convenient operation, and good user experience.
