Abstract:
The present invention relates to a method of preparing a benzoxazine-containing resin composition and a prepreg and a laminate made thereof. The method of preparing the benzoxazine-containing resin composition is to add an acid filler to the benzoxazine-containing resin composition. The present invention greatly promotes a polymerization reaction of benzoxazine and epoxy resin by adding the acidic filler to the resin composition, thus lowering a curing temperature required for the polymerization of the benzoxazine and the epoxy. The laminate made of the composition added with the acidic filler has high anti-peel stability, a high glass transition temperature, a low water absorption rate, high thermal resistance, high bending strength and good processability, and can exhibit a low thermal expansion coefficient.
