Abstract:
The present invention relates to a method for preparing a block copolymer composition and, more specifically, provides a method for preparing a block copolymer composition, and an asphalt composition comprising a block copolymer composition prepared thereby, the method comprising the steps of: (S10) preparing a first mixture solution by injecting an aromatic vinyl monomer and a compound represented by chemical formula 1 into a hydrocarbon-based solvent and stirring the same; (S20) preparing a second mixture solution by adding a polymerization initiator to the first mixture solution and polymerizing the same; (S30) preparing a third mixture solution by adding a conjugated diene-based monomer to the second mixture solution and polymerizing the same; and (S40) carrying out coupling reaction by adding a coupling agent to the third mixture solution, wherein the compound represented by chemical formula 1 is injected in an amount of 0.26-0.8 parts by weight on the basis of 100 parts by weight of the total amount of the aromatic vinyl monomer and the conjugated diene-based monomer.
