Abstract:
Disclosed is a method for preparing block polyether amide foamed particles with a sandbag structure, comprising the following steps: S1. premixing a modifier, a filler and a coupling agent, then melt-blending the premixed raw materials, and after underwater pelletizing or water tank strand granulation, preparing blended particles Ⅰ with a core-shell structure; S2. premixing the blended particles Ⅰ with a block polyether amide raw material, then melt-blending the premixed raw materials, and after underwater pelletizing or water tank strand granulation, preparing block polyether amide blending particles Ⅱ with a sandbag structure; S3. feeding quantified blended particles Ⅱ into an autoclave, then introducing a quantified environmentally friendly physical foaming agent until the foaming agent and G2 blended particles reach a homogeneous system, and then emptying the pressure in the autoclave via a pressure relief valve, taking out block polyether amide blended particles Ⅲ containing the foaming agent; and S4. transferring the blended particles Ⅲ into a thermostatic device that has risen to the softening temperature of the particles, and after maintaining the temperature, obtaining the block polyether amide foamed particles with the sandbag structure.
