The present invention provides a method for preparing a butene oligomer, comprising a step of oligomerizing, in the presence of an organometallic catalyst, a polymeric solution comprising a halogenated hydrocarbon solvent, a nonpolar hydrocarbon solvent, and an isobutene monomer.
