Abstract:
A method for preparing a carbon-coated cerium dioxide hollow sphere, comprising the following steps: S110, dispersing silicon dioxide in a solvent to obtain a silicon dioxide dispersion; S120, enabling a hydrothermal reaction between the silicon dioxide dispersion and a cerium salt to obtain a cerium dioxide-coated silicon dioxide microsphere; S140, coating the cerium dioxide-coated silicon dioxide microsphere with a carbon source to obtain a primary product, the carbon source being dopamine; S160, sintering the primary product in a protective gas atmosphere to obtain a carbon-coated cerium dioxide microsphere; and S170, etching the carbon-coated cerium dioxide microsphere with an etchant to obtain the carbon-coated cerium dioxide hollow sphere.
