Abstract:
The present invention relates to a method for preparing a carbon nanotube dispersion solution, comprising the steps of: (S1) preparing a carbon nanotube paste by mixing carbon nanotubes in a dispersion solution comprising a dispersion solvent and a dispersant; (S2) obtaining a carbon nanotube solid by extruding the paste; and (S3) injecting a second solvent into the carbon nanotube solid, and then homogenizing the carbon nanotubes, wherein the weight ratio of the dispersion solution and the carbon nanotubes is 1:1 to 9:1. Therefore, the miscibility of a dispersant and carbon nanotubes can be improved and particle size can be controlled in a wet manner, and thus a carbon nanotube dispersion solution having a viscosity controlled in a low level, excellent resistance characteristics and a high concentration can be provided.
