Abstract:
The present invention discloses a method for preparing cellulose sponge using bean dregs, comprising the steps of: extracting bean dregs cellulose, comprising the steps of alkaline pre-removing impurities of bean dregs, deep oxidation removing impurities of bean dregs, and filamentation and separation of bean dreg cellulose; and preparing bean dreg cellulose sponge, comprising the steps of cellulose filamentation and dissolution regeneration, control and formation of cellulose sponge pores, removal of free ions from the cellulose sponge, and cooling and drying of the cellulose sponge. The present invention avoids the production of toxic gases such as hydrogen sulfide and carbon dioxide when polyurethane and polystyrene are used as raw materials for cellulose in conventional processes and simultaneously improves the utilization rate of bean dregs by selecting bean dregs as the raw material for cellulose, and overcomes the problems of high cost for dissolving cellulose and difficulty in large-scale application in conventional processes by removing impurities of bean dregs by using alkaline solvent and oxidation treatment.
