Abstract:
The present invention relates to a method for preparing a ceramic solid electrolyte having a uniform particle distribution, excellent crystallinity, and high ionic conductivity. A first step for preparing ceramic solid electrolyte particles can be a step for adding a raw material to distilled water and mixing the raw material and the distilled water to prepare a solid electrolyte precursor. A second step can be a step for mixing the solid electrolyte precursor by means of a ball-mill. A third step can be an additional step for primarily drying by spin-concentrating or spraying. A fourth step can be a step for conducting secondary drying in a drying device for at least 24 hours at 80°C to completely remove the distilled water solvent. A fifth step can be a step for primarily calcining ceramic particles in a heat treatment device and secondarily firing the ceramic particles in the heat treatment device.
