Abstract:
The present invention relates to a method for preparing and certifying an SARS-CoV-2 nucleocapsid protein (N protein) standard substance, comprising: purifying and diluting an SARS-CoV-2 nucleocapsid protein (N protein) raw material; initially testing the uniformity of the SARS-CoV-2 nucleocapsid protein (N protein) standard substance candidate solutions, and sub-packaging the solutions; characterizing the physicochemical properties of the SARS-CoV-2 nucleocapsid protein (N protein) standard substance candidate solutions into sub-packaging units; testing the uniformity and stability of the SARS-CoV-2 nucleocapsid protein (N protein) standard substance in the sub-packaging units; measuring the standard value of the N protein content in the SARS-CoV-2 nucleocapsid protein (N protein) standard substance, and determining the standard value of the SARS-CoV-2 nucleocapsid protein (N protein) standard substance, and performing statistical tests; and evaluating the uncertainty of the certifying results of the standard value of the SARS-CoV-2 nucleocapsid protein (N protein) standard substance.
