Abstract:
The present application discloses a method for preparing a chiral β-hydroxylcarboxylate compound, involving firstly dissolving a dichlorophenyl ruthenium dimer, a ligand and an alkaline additive in a solvent under the protection of an inert gas, and stirring same at room temperature to produce a catalyst in situ; and then dissolving the substrate β-carbonylcarboxylate in a solvent, adding same to the prepared catalyst, introducing hydrogen and subjecting the substrate β-carbonylcarboxylate to an asymmetric catalytic hydrogenation reaction, wherein the reaction conditions are as follows: the pressure is 10-100 atmospheres, the reaction temperature is 0-200ºC, and the reaction time is 12-48 hours. The invention has a high reaction activity and selectivity, mild hydrogenation reaction conditions, is suitable for a variety of β-carbonylcarboxylates, and has a wide substrate application range and a small amount of environmental pollution created during the reaction process.
