Abstract:

A method for preparing an (S)-2-(1-(9H-purin-6-ylamino)propyl)-3-(3-fluorophenyl)-4H-chromen-4-one PI3K δ/γ inhibitor and an intermediate thereof. Compared with a method in the prior art, this method reduces the reaction process, can increase the reaction yield and the product purity, and facilitates industrial production.
