The present invention relates to a method for preparing a Chrysanthemum family plant fermented composition, capable of promoting the pharmaceutical effect of a Chrysanthemum family plant through a fermentation process, thereby reducing hepatotoxicity caused by alcohol, leading to a fast recovery of damaged hepatic tissues, to a Chrysanthemum family plant fermented composition prepared thereby, and to a pharmaceutical composition and health functional food for promoting the neutralization of hepatotoxicity containing the Chrysanthemum family plant fermented composition.
