Abstract:
The invention employs the concept of ink-grinding developed in ancient China. Provided is a method for preparing coffee by manual grinding. Coffee beans are processed to form a grindable coffee block. A user slowly grinds the coffee block on a grinding table to brew themselves a cup of coffee having a desired strength, while the degree of smoothness of the coffee depends on the grinding skill and patience of the user, enabling a fragrant and mellow coffee to be prepared. The method further enriches the coffee-drinking experience, increases user participation and fun, improves the quality of the coffee, encourages positive habits, cultivates good taste, and is the perfect combination of Chinese and western cultures.
