Abstract:
Disclosed is a method for preparing a composite macromolecular wax, comprising the following steps: adding cracked polyethylene and/or cracked polypropylene into a principal raw material, wherein a coal-based synthetic wax and/or slack wax is the principal raw material, to obtain a mixture; melting the mixture at a high temperature and stirring same uniformly to obtain a mixed liquid; and cooling and shaping the mixed liquid to obtain a solid composite macromolecular wax. In the method of the present invention, the coal-based synthetic wax and/or slack wax capable of completely replacing paraffin is used as a principal raw material, the production process is simple and has a low cost, and the resulting product fully reaches or exceeds quality standards for a product with paraffin as a raw material.
