Abstract:
A method for preparing a compound or a biological drug enhancing CNPase activity for treating heart diseases. The chemical method relates to using kaurane compounds to up-regulate the expression and activity of CNPase. Biological therapeutic drugs relate to the preparation of the CNPase enzyme expressed by using recombinant adeno-associated virus and local intervention therapy. In a rat myocardial hypertrophy and heart failure model, the method can effectively improve myocardial hypertrophy and myocardial remodeling, inhibit myocardial hypertrophy and fibrosis increase, and increase cardiac functions.
