Abstract:
The present invention relates to a method for preparing conductive fabric by using oxidized graphene electrochemical reduction, and belongs to the field of functional textile. Fabric is firstly pre-treated by using a cationic polymer, and then oxidized graphene is adsorbed after cationization, and is reduced by using an electrochemical drive mode, thereby promoting a film forming process of the oxidized graphene. The technology resolves the problem of influence on fabric conductivity due to a low physical action force between graphene and fabric, a weak precursor self-reaction driving force, a thinner obtained deposited film, bad adhesion and easiness in generating cracks in a current film forming technology of padding, spraying, spin coating and the like, and by adopting the technology, the deposited film is compact in surface and adjustable in thickness, is beneficial for constructing a roughened surface, cannot affect the hand feeling of the fabric, and can be widely applied to functional textile.
