Abstract:

The present invention relates to copper-carbon combined powder or the like, in which a part of lubricant particles serves as a particle binder between copper powder and graphite powder through a predetermined mixing process, thereby being capable of eliminating the segregation of a powder mixture and improving the properties thereof, such as flowability. The present invention provides a method for preparing copper-graphite combined powder, comprising the steps of: preparing copper powder, graphite powder and lubricant powder; simultaneously inserting the copper powder, the graphite powder and the lubricant powder into a mixer; performing a primary mixing for a predetermined period of time; inserting the primarily mixed mixture into a zero-gravity mixer; performing a low-speed mixing for a predetermined period of time within the zero-gravity mixer while maintaining a first temperature so that a part of the lubricant powder melts, causing particles of the copper powder and particles of the graphite powder to combine with each other; performing a low-speed mixing for a predetermined period of time within the zero-gravity mixer while lowering the temperature to a second temperature which is lower than the first temperature, to thereby resolidify the molten part of the lubricant powder, which caused the particles of the copper powder and particles of the graphite powder to combine with each other; and discharging the power from the zero-gravity mixer.
