Abstract:
Provided is a method for preparing a deuterated aromatic compound, the method comprising: taking an aromatic compound as a raw material, and under the protection of an inert atmosphere, subjecting same to a deuteration reaction in a solvent under the action of a polyfluoro acid anhydride and a deuterium source reagent; and subjecting the reaction product to separation and purification to obtain a deuterated aromatic compound. The method has the advantages of high operability, a good deuteration effect, high deuterium isotope abundance, high product purity, and low pollution.
