Abstract:
The present invention relates to a method for preparing a diene-based rubber latex, a method for preparing an ABS-based graft copolymer comprising the same, and a method for manufacturing an ABS-based injection molded product and, more specifically, to: a method for manufacturing an in situ bimodal rubber latex, having a small-diameter polymer and a large-diameter polymer, which are formed in a desired ratio, by controlling the content, the time of injection, and the type of reactants during polymerization of a conjugated diene-based monomer, a cross-linking agent having a long linear chain end, an emulsifier comprising a multimer acid of an unsaturated fatty acid or a metal salt thereof, and a molecular weight controller; a method for preparing an ABS-based graft copolymer comprising the same; and a method for manufacturing an ABS-based injection molded product. According to the present invention, the polymerization stability and productivity of a latex can be improved, and when the latex is included in the preparation of an ABS-based resin, improved mechanical properties, gloss, and sharpness can be provided.
