Abstract:
A method for preparing an epoxy-modified waterborne polyurethane resin anticorrosive coating, comprising the following steps in parts by mass: step one, enabling 15-25 parts of tolylene diisocyanate to react with 20-25 parts of dehydrated polyether diol for two hours; step two, adding 6-10 parts of 1,4-butanediol into the reaction system to react for one hour; step 3, adding 3.5-8 parts of epoxy resin and 6 parts of dimethylolpropionic acid successively to react for three hours, and adding acetone during the reaction; step four, adding 10-15 parts of hydroxypropyl acrylate, a polymerization inhibitor, and a catalyst, and continuing the reaction for 2 hours; step five, adding triethylamine for neutralization reaction, then adding ethylenediamine for chain extension, and finally removing acetone by distillation under reduced pressure; and step six, adding a filler and an auxiliary agent, and stirring same to be uniform, so as to obtain an epoxy-modified waterborne polyurethane resin anticorrosive coating. The overall properties of the coating obtained by the preparation method are improved.
