Abstract:
Provided is a method for preparing a compound of formula I, which comprises the following steps: subjecting the starting material compound 3A or compound 3B to selective acylation with a biological enzyme A or selective hydrolysis with a biological enzyme B, respectively, and reacting hydroxyl of the required configuration with anhydride under the action of an organic alkali and a catalyst to obtain compound 5. The water solubility of the intermediate product is increased, two configurations are separated by means of extraction and separation, and the ee value can reach 99% or above. The preparation method features simple operation, high conversion rate, good selectivity, and low cost, and is beneficial to industrial amplification production.
