Abstract:

The present application relates to a method, for preparing a fatty acid ethyl ester, comprising the steps of: preparing a vegetable oil; mixing the vegetable oil, a first fatty acid ethyl ester and a lipase in a reactor and transesterifying same; removing diglyceride and triglyceride present in the reactor; and rectifying and thereby separating a second fatty acid ethyl ester from the reactor.
