Abstract:
The present invention belongs to the technical fields of organic synthesis and heterogeneous catalysis, and specifically relates to a method for preparing a formamide compound by catalyzing carbon dioxide hydrogenation with a porous material. In the present invention, a porous organic metal polymer is taken as a catalyst, and an amine compound reacts with carbon dioxide and hydrogen under an air atmosphere, so as to prepare the formamide compound. The method has the advantages of high reaction efficiency, good selectivity, mild conditions, economy, environmental protection, simple operation and the like. By changing the proportion of a cross-linked copolymer, a solid metal polymer material having a large specific surface area, strong carbon dioxide adsorption, multi-stage pore channel distribution, and highly dispersed metal center is designed and synthesized as a reaction catalyst. The catalyst is especially used in the reaction of catalytic synthesis of a fine chemical product N,N-dimethylformamide (DMF) without any additional solvent, alkali or other additives, which facilitates the separation and purification of DMF. The catalyst can be recycled and used; and the reaction does not require special equipment, and the reaction is simple and convenient in operation, which is more conducive to further industrial applications.
