Abstract:
A method for preparing a fragrant artificial fruit and the fragrant artificial fruit prepared thereof are disclosed. The method comprises adoption of slush moulding with following composite materials, which includes, by weight percentage, 25-45% of polyvinyl chloride resin, 25-45% of polyvinyl chloride resin plastisol, 10-25% of main plasticizer, 4-15% of auxiliary plasticizer and 1-8% of daily essence. Composite materials for slush moulding of said preparing method is also disclosed. The slush moulding method is used for preparing artificial fruits for the first time by this invention. The main materials adopted are mixed materials of environmentally-friendly. The prepared artificial fruits have high fidelity and its fragrance lasts for nearly one year.
