Abstract:
A method for preparing fuel oil by means of high-pressure thermal conversion of waste plastics, comprising the following steps: feeding pretreated waste plastics into a reaction vessel, introducing nitrogen gas into the reaction vessel to replace the air in the reaction vessel, closing the gas outlet on the reaction vessel after the replacement is completed, introducing nitrogen gas and hydrogen gas again through the gas inlet on the reaction vessel to allow the pressure in the reaction vessel to reach to 0.6 to 2.1 MPa, heating the reaction vessel to a reaction temperature of 340°C to 380°C for reaction, and after the reaction is completed, cooling the reaction vessel to room temperature by means of air, so as to obtain a high pressure gas and product oil. The temperature runaway effect of thermal conversion of waste plastics under a high pressure condition is utilized to increase the thermal conversion temperature by about 100°C, an initial heating temperature is indirectly reduced, thereby reducing energy consumption. As the amount of reactants causing a temperature runaway phenomenon is low, an uncontrollable temperature runaway phenomenon does not occur.
