Abstract:
The present invention relates to a method for preparing germinated brown rice powder and, more specifically, to a method for preparing germinated brown rice powder, which is prepared by dipping brown rice in yellow soil supernatant to primarily germinate the brown rice; secondarily germinating the brown rice at a temperature of 10-40℃ for 2-4 days and drying the brown rice; and then crushing the brown rice while injecting inert gas. The germinated brown rice powder of the present invention can prevent the acidification of brown rice during production processes, and can contain yellow soil, silver, and charcoal, and thereby has excellent storage and distribution capabilities, preservability, has excellent safety against microbial and can be easily ingested by anyone, including children and the old and infirm.
