Abstract:
The present invention provides a method for preparing a heat-radiating paste composition, the method comprising: a step for collecting waste carbon fibers generated during a carbon fiber manufacturing process; a pre-treatment step for making the collected waste carbon fibers uniform; and a step for adding a prepared binder and dispersant to the pre-treated waste carbon fibers, followed by mixing, and to a method for manufacturing a heat-radiating thin film using the same. The heat-radiating thin film manufactured by such methods has excellent thermal conductivity characteristics even though the heat-radiating thin film is manufactured by utilizing waste carbon fibers.
