Abstract:
A method for preparing a high-aluminum content iron-chromium-aluminum alloy, comprising: step (1), smelting: selecting industrial pure iron, metallic chromium, and 1/3 of aluminum nitride powder as raw materials, placing the same into an intermediate frequency induction furnace, and performing smelting at a temperature of 1800-2000°C; step (2), slag removal: adding a slag-forming material to the molten steel obtained in step (1) to form slag, and then removing the slag; step (3), secondary powder addition: adding 1/3 of aluminum nitride powder to the molten steel with the slag removed, carrying out smelting at a temperature of 2000-2500°C, and casting the molten steel into iron-chromium-aluminum alloy ingots; step (4), tertiary powder addition: embedding the iron-chromium-aluminum alloy ingots in the remaining 1/3 aluminum nitride powder, placing the same in a vacuum induction furnace, performing smelting at a temperature of 2100-2300°C and a smelting time of 30-50 min, followed by rapid cooling to 1000-1100°C; and step (5), constant temperature sintering: subjecting the furnace material obtained after the smelting in step (4) to constant temperature sintering at a temperature of 1000-1100°C and a sintering time of 30-50 min, followed by cooling, to obtain an iron-chromium-alloy aluminum alloy with an aluminum-rich surface.
