Abstract:
The present invention relates to a method for preparing high-purity aluminum hydroxide, the method comprising: dissolving an ordinary aluminum hydroxide under a predetermined condition of the weight ratio of aluminum oxide to aluminum hydroxide, the mother liquor; aging impurities; absorbing the impurities from the prepared mother liquor by adding pulp; precipitating by adding a seed into the mother liquor; and filtering, washing, and drying the precipitate, thereby obtaining high-purity aluminum hydroxide. Accordingly, the present invention provides the advantage of preparing environmentally-friendly, low-cost, and high-purity aluminum hydroxide.
