Abstract:
A method for preparing a high-purity fluorination derivative of ethylene carbonate. The method comprising: using chloroethylene carbonate or 4,5-dichloroethylene carbonate as a raw material and a fluoride as a fluorinating agent, subjecting same to a fluorination reaction in an alcohol or carboxylic acid protic solvent having a boiling point of ≤150ºC, wherein the reaction temperature is controlled at 30-70ºC, and the reaction time is 2-6 h; and after the reaction, purifying a crude product to obtain a high-purity fluoroethylene carbonate or 4,5-difluoroethylene carbonate. By using alcohol and carboxylic acid proton solvents, the method overcomes technical biases, improves the solubility of a metal fluoride, achieves better dissociation of F ions, and improves the fluorination efficiency; the reaction conditions are mild; the product has a high yield and a high purity; the cost of raw materials is low; the method is green and environmentally friendly; the process is simple; and industrial production can be easily realized.
