Abstract:
The present invention relates to the technical field of coatings. Disclosed is a method for preparing a high-temperature- and wear-resistant ceramic coating. The disclosed wear-resistant ceramic coating may be applied onto a lining or a surface of a substrate in a manual or mechanical manner. The wear-resistant ceramic coating has extremely high mechanical strength and rigidity, high density, and no macroscopic large defects, and can effectively resist impact and shear stress of materials. The use of polycarboxylate gel enables chemical bonding after sintering, so that a high strength is achieved. After densification in sintering, high-hardness ceramic crystals are present in the coating, so that the coating has high bonding strength and hardness at room temperature. A transition metal oxide blackening agent added is prone to dissolving in crystals to form a solid solution, such that the emissivity is improved, excellent toughness and vibration resistance are achieved, and damage and peeling due to impact can be effectively prevented.Because an ionic bond and a covalent bond are strong bonds, the bond energy is high, thermal vibration damage or cracks are less likely to occur, and the wear resistance is good.
