Abstract:
A method and an apparatus of preparing the hole for the post pile cast in place for a multistory building foundation, comprising steps of providing an apparatus for preparing a hole for the post pile positioning the apparatus (1, Ia, Ib) above mounting frame of hydraulic portal (4) having driving roll (6a), fastening said apparatus using the locking, plate mounting to the mounting frame of adjusting or slightly moving the apparatus through the driving roll holding the brake part (7) of apparatus to the mounting frame to keep the apparatus unmovable at the time of.pressing, providing a number of hollow solid steel pipes (2) to allow passing the pin (10) positions being pressed simultaneously clamping and uniting said steel pipes (2) with a number of clip profile framing shaft (3) adapted to the outer surface of said steel pipes (2), introducing said pin (10) through holes (2a) (3a) in said steel pipes and said clip profile framing shaft (3), then they are pushed by a hydraulic pump preparing the hole with first small diameter increasing said first diameter hole, using a hole reaming apparatus (8) for post piles positioned on the tip of said solid steel pipes to minimize the use of hydraulic pressing load, re-increasing said hole using a hole reaming apparatus (9) positioned on the tip of said solid steel pipes inserting said concrete framing into the hole of and casting a mixed concrete material into said hole with said concrete framing inside the hole, characterized in that the method is specially design to minimize the use of hydraulic pressing load.

Claims:
Claim:

1. A method of preparing a hole for the post pile cast in place to be used for a multistory building foundation comprises; providing an apparatus for making or preparing a hole for the post pile[(1), (1a), (1b)] in the place of installation; positioning the apparatus to make the hole for the post pile [(1), (1a), (1b)] above frame of hydraulic portal (4) having driving roll (6a); fastening said apparatus [(1), (1a), (1b)] to the locking plate mounting on the frame of hydraulic portal (4); adjusting or slightly moving the apparatus [(1), (1a), (1b)] through the driving roll (6a) at a distance as necessary; holding said apparatus [(1), (1a), (1b)] with brake part of apparatus (7) to the frame of the hydraulic portal (4) to keep the apparatus unmovable at the time of pressing; providing a number of hollow solid steel pipes (2) being pressed simultaneously for all necessary post piles to be made; clamping and uniting said hollow solid steel pipes (2) being pressed at an interval suitable with a number of clip profile framing shaft steel (3) adapted to the outer surface of said hollow solid steel pipes (2); introducing said pin (10) being inserted through a number of holes (2a) (3a) in said solid steel pipes (2) and said clip profile framing shaft (3), then they should be pushed by a hydraulic pump of said apparatus for preparing hole of post pile [(1), (1a), (1b)]; preparing the hole for the post pile with first small diameter using said apparatus [(1), (1a), (1b)], resulting in a hole with a given diameter and depth as necessary; increasing said first diameter hole, using a hole reaming apparatus (8) for post piles positioned on the tip of said solid steel pipes (2) to minimize the use of hydraulic pressing load; re-increasing said hole for post piles prepared according to the necessary dimension or diameter, using a hole reaming apparatus (9) for said post piles positioned on the tip of said solid steel pipes (2) to minimize the use of hydraulic pressing load; inserting said concrete framing into the hole of post piles already prepared by said apparatus [(1), (1a), (1b)]; and casting a mixed concrete material into said hole of post piles already installed with said concrete framing inside the hole; characterized in that a hole reaming apparatus [(8),(9)] being used to ream the hole diameter for the post piles, and being positioned on the tip of said solid steel pipes (2) to minimize the use of

hydraulic pressing load resulting in a hole for post piles having a necessary dimension λ or diametef without necessity of maximum pressing load.

2. The method of preparing a hole for the post pile cast in place to be used of claim 1 , wherein said preparing the hole for the post pile is done through pressing of such an apparatus for preparing a hole for the post pile[(1), (1a), (1b)] into the soil in place of the post pile construction.

The method of preparing a hole for the post pile cast in place to be used of claim 1 , wherein said preparing the hole for the post pile is provided with a reaming apparatus of the post pile hole [(8), (9)] resulting in the size, dimension, and depth of said post pile hole according the necessity without any connection. 4. The method of preparing a hole for the post pile cast in place to be used of claim 3, wherein said preparing the hole for the post pile is implemented in stepwise using said reaming apparatus of the post pile hole [(8), (9)] to minimize the pressing load of hydraulic system.

5. The method of preparing a hole for the post pile cast in place to be used of claim 1 , wherein the fastening of the solid steel pipe (2) to apparatus for preparing a hole for the post pile [(1), (1a), (1b)] and the frame of hydraulic portal (4) uses the frame steel shaft (3) through said holes

[(2a), (3a)], and said braking apparatus member (7) including said locking bolt (7a).

The method of preparing a hole for the post pile cast in place to be used of claim 1 , wherein said weighing ballast load is positioned on the top of said steel frame profile "I" (4) attached to said hydraulic portal [(1), (1a), (1b)] using said pin (10), and is lifted to any certain height and pressed by means of said hydraulic pump, so that said steel frame profile "I" (4) along with said weighing ballast will press said solid steel pipe (2) into the soil without any hard pressing.

The method of preparing a hole for the post pile cast in place to be used of claim 1 , wherein said pressing of the solid steel pipe (2) is implemented in stepwise by following the level of holes [(2a), (3a)] provided in said solid steel pipe (2) and said fastening frame steel shaft (3). 8. The method of preparing a hole for the post pile cast in place to be used of claim 1 , wherein said preparing the hole for the post pile is done through steel framing and casting in place a necessary, so that there is no hammering and hard pressing needed at the time of installation within any certain depth of soil resulting in the maximum strength.

9. An apparatus o preparing the hole for the post piles cast in place for a multi-story building foundation comprises: a frame of hydraulic portal (4) to support and enforce said hydraulic system member of said apparatus of preparing hole for post piles [(1), (1a), (1b)] in place of the building to be constructed;

a number of driving rolls (6a) made of strong metal to support the frame ofYthe hydraulic portal (4), so that said frame of the hydraulic portal (4) could be moved to a necessary position during the operation; a number of plate mountings fastened (5) by several bolts to said frame of hydraulic portal (4) to install said apparatus of preparing the hole for post piles [(1), (1a), (1b)]; " a number of driving roll mountings (6) fastened to said frame of hydraulic portal (4) to install the driving rolls (6a); a pair of tracks (6b) as the pathway of said driving rolls (6a) movable along such a pair of tracks (6b) to achieve a necessary hydraulic position in preparing the hole for the post pile; - a braking apparatus member (7) lockable to strongly fasten the position of apparatus of preparing hole for the post pile [(1), (1a), (1b)], to make or prepare the hole for the post pile in the place of the building construction; a hydraulic system member of said apparatus of preparing the hole for the post pile [(1), (1a), (1b)] to prepare a hole for the post pile being installed or cast; a solid steel pipe (2) in which said said solid steel pipe (2) having a number of holes (2a) along the pipe (2) surface to allow passing the pin (10), to be used for preparing the hole of post pile being pressed by said hydraulic member into the soil, thus resulting in a hole for casting the post pile; a reaming member for the hole of post pile (8) to be positioned on the tip of said solid steel pipe (2) to minimize the use of hydraulic pressing load of said solid steel pipe (2) with a circle pin, to ream said hole for the post pile to a given depth; a reaming member for the hole of post pile (9) to be positioned on the tip of said solid steel pipe (2) to minimize the use of hydraulic pressing load of a solid steel pipe (2) with a circle pin and several arms and hinges (9a), to increase the said previous hole diameter for the post pile to a given depth; a fastening member (3) of said solid steel pipes in the form of a holed profiled steel (3a) installed to the frame of said hydraulic portal (4) to fasten said solid steel pipe (2) at the time of preparing the hole for the post pile; and ' •■ . a number of pins (10) fastening the frame of said hydraulic portal (4) to said solid steel pipe (2) through said pin holes [(2a), (3a)] provided along said solid steel pipe (2) and the fastening frame shaft (3); characterized in that several hydraulic pumps is connected to said apparatus for preparing the hole [(1), (1a), (1b)] wherein said hydraulic pumps function to provide a pressing load to said solid steel

pipe (2), and to pull or push the pressing load of the solid steel pipe (2), therefore said solid steel pipe (2) could be pushed into the soil in preparing a hole for installation of the post pile.

10. The apparatus of preparing the holes for the post piles cast in place for a multi-story building foundation of claim 9, wherein said apparatus for preparing the hole [(1), (1a), (1 b)] uses the hydraulic system.

The apparatus of preparing the holes for the post piles cast in place for a multi-story building foundation of claim 9, wherein to increase the hole diameter of the post pile uses said reaming apparatus of the post pile hole [(8),(9)] by pressing of the hydraulic system in stepwise, to achieve a suitable hole diameter as necessary. 12. The apparatus of preparing the holes for the post piles cast in place for a multi-story building foundation of claim 11 , wherein said reaming apparatus of the post pile hole [(8), (9)] is positioned on the tip of said solid steel pipe (2) provided with passing holes (2a) to allow fastening said apparatus of preparing the hole for post piles [(1), (1a), (1b)] to said frame of hydraulic portal (4) by means of pin (10). 13. The apparatus of preparing the holes for the post piles cast in place for a multi-story building foundation of claim 12, wherein the fastening of said reaming apparatus of the post pile hole [(8),{9)] to said apparatus of preparing the hole for post piles [(1), (1a), (1b)] and said frame of hydraulic portal (4) uses said pins (10) locked with fastening frame steel shaft (3) through said holes (3a).

Description

Technical Field

Present invention relates to a method of preparing a post pile cast in place using hydraulic pressure and apparatus there for, particularly, the invention relates to a method of preparing a post pile by casting the post pile in place where the post pile will be installed as needed. Furthermore, the invention relates to an apparatus for making or preparing a hole for a post pile, where the post pile will be cast according to its thickness and depth as necessary. The post pile according to the invention will have a better strength than that of pre-cast post pile type or the pre-fabricated post pile and then it is posted in a certain location as needed. Thus, the post pile according to the invention is not subjected to any hammer load or any pressure load at the time of installation.

Background of Invention

In recent years, by the advancement of construction technology, particularly in the field of multi-story building construction, experts working in the field of multi-story building construction are in race both to improve quality of multi-story building constructions and/or time needed to finish the multi-story building.

In this discussion, the construction of multi-story buildings will be confined to the foundation for the construction of multi-story buildings, in particular, the installation of post piles for their posting into the soil. A variety of apparatus and methods to be used in the posting of multi-story building post piles are available in the market recently. In general, they have some obstacles or problems or drawbacks that may cause some financial losses of any contractor, Among their problem, obstacle or drawback are: they have a limited length of post pile, so in order to post any post pile with a suitable depth, usually we should connect the second post pile above to the first one, then the third is above the previous one and so on, until any given depth of posting achieved. This conventional procedure to post any post pile needs a longer time to install a post pile for any given depth in which we have to connect one post pile with another post pile until any given length achieved.

Another obstacle of conventional way to post any post pile is, in the posting of any post pile for a given depth, we have to do it one by one. For example, if any foundation needs four post piles,

in order to post this four-post pile foundation, we have to post the post pile one by one; i.e., one pile above another. This way of posting definitely needs a longer time and more manpower to finish, so that the operational cost for the posting automatically will be increased.

In addition to above obstacles is, at the beginning of posting the post pile, the position of its pressing load will be very high above or on the top of such a post pile. This also cause some losses wherein lifting any heavy load to such a high position on the top of a post pile also cause some losses. The placement of any heavy load to a high position on the top needs a special apparatus to lift the pressure load above the post pile. This procedure should be provided with a long hydraulic pile or a long hammer pile along with the post pile to be installed, for the placement of a hammer or pressure hydraulic on the top of such a post pile. Thus, the apparatus will spend high operational cost, and need an arrangement of difficult and complicated posting apparatus.

Another obstacle is related to the construction strength of a building foundation, and also related to the strength of such a multi-story building, because the strength of a multi-story building will be influenced by its foundation strength. Though the building construction is very strong, if its foundation is not strong, then the building will be shaky, cracked, and could be collapse due to high load of the building itself or due to a small earthquake or other reasons. Since conventional post pile according to prior art should be installed through an overlapping arrangement between one and another post pile to achieve any given depth, so there is no fixed-connection between the first pile and another pile above or they are untied each other, they are just post on the top of the previous one, therefore its strength is not maximum. In addition, we will need an intense hammer or high pressure to post the post pile into the soil. Definitely, the hammer or the pressure will influence the structure of such a post pile and to the end it will reduce the strength of such a post pile. Deeper the post pile penetrate into the soil, the stronger the hammer or the pressure is subjected to put the post pile into the soil, and this may cause any disturbance to the strength of any given post pile structure, and finally it will reduce endurance and strength of the post pile.

Therefore, in order to overcome the problem, drawback, and obstacle of previous post pile as described above, in the present invention, the inventor proposed a novel method of preparing a hole for a post pile and a novel apparatus for posting a post pile. The posting of any post pile according to the present invention comprises of preparing a hole for the post pile in place where the building will be constructed and casting the post pile in the hole where the building will be constructed. The invention will result in maximum post pile strength, since there is no hammer or pressure subjected to the post pile during the penetration into the soil. The post pile according to the invention could be made in any size and length without any overlapped connection, unlike the conventional post pile.

Disclosure of Invention

As previously discussed above, the present invention relates to a method of pre^aringi post pile cast in place using hydraulic pressure and apparatus there for, particularly, the invention relates to a method of preparing a post pile by casting the post pile in place where the post pile will be installed as needed. Furthermore, the invention relates to an apparatus for making or preparing a hole for a post pile, where the post pile will be cast in the hole according to its diameter and depth as necessary. The post pile according to the invention will have a better strength than that of pre-cast post pile type or the pre-fabricated post pile and then it is posted in a certain location as needed.

Thus, the post pile according to the invention is not subjected to any hammer load or any pressure load at the time of installation.

A method of preparing the post pile according to the present invention comprises:

- providing an apparatus for making or preparing a hole for the post pile in the place of installation;

- positioning the apparatus to make the hole for the post pile above mounting frame of hydraulic portal having driving roll and driving roll track; - fastening said apparatus to the locking plate mounting on the mounting frame of hydraulic portal;

- sliding the apparatus through the driving roll at a distance as necessary;

- holding the brake part of apparatus to the mounting frame of the hydraulic portal to keep the apparatus unmovable at the time of pressing;

- providing a number of hollow solid steel pipes to allow passing the pin positions being pressed simultaneously for all necessary post piles to be made;

- clamping and uniting said hollow solid steel pipes being pressed at an interval suitable with a number of clip profile framing shaft steel adapted to the outer surface of said hollow solid steel pipes;

- introducing said pin being inserted through a number of holes in said solid steel pipes and said clip profile framing shaft, then they should be pushed by a hydraulic pump of said apparatus for preparing hole of post pile;

- preparing the hole for the post pile with first small diameter using said apparatus, resulting in a hole with a given diameter and depth as necessary;

- increasing said first diameter hole, using a hole reaming apparatus for post piles positioned on the tip of said solid steel pipes to minimize the hydraulic pressing load;

- re-increasing said hole for post piles prepared according to the necessary diameter and depth, using a hole reaming apparatus for said post piles positioned on the tip of said solid steel pipes to minimize the hydraulic pressing load;

- inserting said concrete framing into the hole of post piles already prepared by said apparatus; and

- casting a mixed concrete material into said hole of post piles already installed with said concrete framing inside the hole; characterized in that a hole reaming apparatus being used to ream the hole diameter for the post piles, and being positioned on the tip of said solid steel pipes to minimize the hydraulic pressing load resulting in a hole for post piles having a necessary diameter and depth without necessity of

• maximum pressing load.

An apparatus for installing of post piles according to the present invention comprises:

- a mounting frame of hydraulic portal to support and enforce said apparatus for preparing hole of post piles in place of the building to be constructed; - a number of driving rolls made of strong metal to support the mounting frame of the hydraulic portal, so said mounting frame of the hydraulic portal could be moved to a necessary position during the operation;

- a number of plate mountings fastened to said mounting frame of hydraulic portal to install said hydraulic system apparatus; - a number of driving roll mountings fastened to said mounting frame of hydraulic portal to install the driving rolls;

- a pair of tracks as a pathway of said driving rolls movable along such a pair of tracks to achieve a necessary hydraulic position in preparing the hole for the post pile;

- a braking member lockable to strongly fasten the position of apparatus for preparing the hole, to make or prepare the hole for the post pile in place of the building construction;

- an apparatus for preparing the hole, to prepare a hole for the post pile being installed or cast;

- a solid steel pipe in which said pipe having a number of holes along its surface to pass the pin to be used for preparing the hole of post pile to be pressed by said hydraulic member into the soil;

- a reaming member for the hole of post pile to be positioned on the tip of said solid steel pipe to minimize the hydraulic pressing load of a solid steel pipe having a circle pin, to ream said hole for the post pile in a given depth;

- a reaming member for the hole of post pile to be positioned on the tip of said solid steel pipe to minimize the hydraulic pressing load of a solid steel pipe having a circle pin and several arms and hinges, to ream said hole for the post pile in a given depth; - a fastening member of said solid steel pipes in the form of a hollow profiled steel installed to the frame of said hydraulic portal to fasten said solid steel pipe at the time of preparing the hole for the post pile;

- a number of pins uniting the frame of said hydraulic portal to said solid steel pipe through said pin holes provided along said solid steel pipe and the locking frame shaft; and

characterized in that several hydraulic pumps connected to said apparatus for preparing the Hole, wherein the hydraulic pump functions to raise a pressing load to said solid steel pipe, and to pull or push the pressing load to the solid steel pipe, therefore said solid steel pipe could be pushed into the soil in preparing a hole for installation of the post pile; The main objective of present invention is to provide a method of preparing the post pile efficiently, since there is no necessity to move the pre-fabricated post piles having a given size and length to a place of the building construction, but just to cast the post pile in place of the building construction.

Another objective of the present invention is to provide a method of preparing the post pile by casting in place of the building construction .

Another objective of the present invention is to provide a method of preparing the post pile having the maximum post pile strength, since said post piles are not subjected to a hammer or pressure at time of the installation into the soil.

Further the objective of the present invention is to provide an apparatus for installing the post pile through casting the concrete in place of the building construction.

Furthermore, the objective of the present invention is to provide an apparatus for preparing the hole of the post pile with the minimum load to achieve the maximal strength of supporting load at the casting location in place of installing the post pile.

Furthermore, the detailed description of the present invention will be discussed in detail with references to accompanying drawings.

As shown below, drawings are accompanied with reference numbers: (1) the hydraulic cylinder; (Ia) hydraulic piston; (1.b) hydraulic portal; (2) solid steel pipe; (2.a) holes for passing the pin in said solid steel pipe; (3) fastening frame steel shaft of said solid steel pipe; (3.a) holes for passing the pin in said fastening frame steel shaft; (4) frame of hydraulic portal; (5) locking plate mounting; (6) driving roll mounting; (6.a) driving roll; (6.b) track for the pathway of driving roll; (7) lockable brake apparatus; (7.a) locking bolt of brake apparatus; (8) hole reaming apparatus for post pile in the form of circle pin; (9) hole reaming apparatus for post pile in the form of circle pin and several arms and hinges; (9a) arms; (10) pin.

While Fig. 3 is an elevation view of hydraulic portal showing upper part of the hydraulic system for preparing the hole of the post pile according to the present invention.

A method of posting the post pile according to the present invention comprises; [a] providing an apparatus for making or preparing a hole for the post pile [(1), (1a), (1b)] in the place of post pile installed, [b] positioning the apparatus to make the hole for the post pile [(1), (1a), (1b)] above frame of hydraulic portal (4) having driving roll (6a), [c] fastening said apparatus of preparing the hole for post pile [(1), (1a), (1b)] to the locking plate mounting (5) on the frame of hydraulic portal (4), [d] sliding the apparatus of preparing the hole for post pile [(1), (1a), (1b)] through the driving roll (6a) at a distance as necessary, [e] holding the brake part of apparatus of preparing the hole for post pile [(1), (1b), (1b)] with braking member (7) to the frame of the hydraulic portal (4) to keep the

apparatus unmovable at the time of pressing, [f] providing a number of hollow solid steel pipes (2) to allow passing the pin positions (10) being pressed simultaneously for all necessary post piles to be made, [g] clamping and uniting said hollow solid steel pipes (2) being pressed at an interval suitable with a number of clip profile framing shaft steel (3) adapted to the outer surface of said hollow solid steel pipes (2), [h] introducing said pin (10) being inserted through a number of holes [(2a), (3a)] in said solid steel pipes (2) and said clip profile framing shaft (3), then they should be pushed by a hydraulic pump of said apparatus of preparing hole for post pile apparatus of preparing the hole for post pile [(1), (1a), (1b)], [i] preparing the hole for the post pile with first small diameter using said apparatus of preparing the hole for post pile [(1), (1a), (1b)], resulting in a hole with a given diameter and depth as necessary, 0] increasing said first hole diameter, using a hole reaming apparatus for post piles (8), positioned on the tip of said solid steel pipes (2) to minimize the use of hydraulic pressing load, [k] re-increasing said hole diameter for post piles prepared according to the necessary diameter, using a hole reaming apparatus for said post piles (9), positioned at the tip of said solid steel pipes (2) to minimize the use of hydraulic pressing load, [I] introducing said concrete framing into the hole of post piles already prepared by said apparatus of preparing the hole for post pile [(1),

(1a), (1b)], and [m] casting a mixed concrete material into said hole of post piles already installed with said concrete framing inside the hole, characterized in that a hole reaming apparatus of hole for post pile [(8), (9)] to be used to ream the hole diameter for the post piles, and being positioned on the tip of said solid steel pipes (2) to minimize the use of hydraulic pressing load, resulting in a hole for post piles having a necessary diameter without necessity of maximum pressing load.

An apparatus for installing of post piles according to the present invention comprises: [a] a frame of hydraulic portal (4) to support and enforce said apparatus of preparing hole for post piles [(1), (1a), (1b)] in place of the building to be constructed, [b] a number of driving rolls (6a) made of strong metal to support the frame of the hydraulic portal (4), so said frame of the hydraulic portal (4) could be moved to a necessary position during the operation, [c] a number of plate mountings fastened (5) by several bolts to said frame of hydraulic portal (4) to install said apparatus of preparing hole for post piles [(1), (1a), (1b)], [d] a number of driving, roll mountings (6) fastened to said frame of hydraulic portal (4) to install the driving rolls (6a), [e] a pair of tracks (6b) as the pathway of said driving rolls movable along such a pair of tracks (6b) to achieve a necessary hydraulic position in preparing the hole for the post pile, [f] a braking apparatus member (7) lockable to strongly fasten the position of apparatus of preparing hole for the post pile [(1), (1a), (1b)], to make or prepare the hole for the post pile in the place of the building construction, [g] an apparatus of preparing the hole for the post pile [(1), (1a), (1b)] to prepare a hole for the post pile being installed or cast, [h] a solid steel pipe (2) in which said pipe (2) having a number of holes (2a) along

the pipe (2) surface to allow passing the pin (10) to be used for preparing the hole of post pile being pressed by said hydraulic member into the soil, thus resulting in a hole for casting the post pile, [i] a reaming member for the hole of post pile (8), to be positioned on the tip of said solid steel pipe (2) to minimize the use of hydraulic pressing load of a solid steel pipe (2) with a circle pin, to ream said hole for the post pile to a given depth, 03 a reaming member for the hole of post pile (9), to be positioned on the tip of said solid steel pipe (2) to minimize the use of hydraulic pressing load of a solid steel pipe (2) with a circle pin and several arms and hinges (9a), to increase the said hole diameter for the post pile to a given depth, [k] a fastening member (3) of said solid steel pipes in the form of a hollow profiled steel (3a) installed to the frame of said hydraulic portal (4) to fasten said solid steel pipe (2) at the time of preparing the hole for the post pile, and [I] a number of pins (10) uniting the frame of said hydraulic portal (4) to said solid steel pipe (2) through said pin holes (2a), (3a) provided along said solid steel pipe (2) and the fastening frame shaft (3), characterized in that several hydraulic pumps connected to said apparatus for preparing the hole [(1), (1a), (1b)] wherein the hydraulic pump functions to provide a pressing load to said solid steel pipe (2), and to pull or push the pressing load to the solid steel pipe (2), therefore said solid steel pipe (2) could be pushed into the soil in preparing a hole for installation of the post pile.

Furthermore, referring to Fig. 4, Fig. 5, and Fig. 6 of this invention, in which Fig. 4 is a side view of the mounting frame for hydraulic portal showing side part the frame of hydraulic portal for preparing the hole of the post pile according to the present invention; Fig. 5 is a front view of the mounting frame for hydraulic portal showing front part the frame of hydraulic portal for preparing the hole of the post pile according to the present invention. Whereas Fig. 6 is an elevation view of the mounting frame for hydraulic portal showing upper part the frame of hydraulic portal for preparing the hole of the post pile according to the present invention.

The drawings as depicted in this specification show an apparatus of preparing the hole for the post pile [(1), (1a), (1b)] using hydraulic system on the top of frame of hydraulic portal (4) wherein to attach the apparatus of preparing the hole for the post pile [(1), (1a), (1b)] to said mounting frame of hydraulic portal (4) to be done by securing the bolt to the locking plate mounting (5) allowing the apparatus of preparing the hole for the post pile [(1), (1a), (1b)] straightly stand for the purpose of preparing the solid steel pipe (2) being pressed into the soil. Such drawings also illustrate the solid steel pipe (2) that is ready to be pressed into the soil in the place of the hole for the post pile. Still referring to Fig.1, it can be seen said frame of hydraulic portal (4) of profiled steel "I" in condition of uniting or clamping a number of solid steel pipes (2) ready to be pressed into the soil. In order to clamp or unite such solid steel pipes (2), there should be provided a pair of fastening frame shaft (3) with a shape of clip adapted with the surface shape of said solid steel pipe (2) to be

pressed into the soil. When the profile of post pile have the shape of rectangular, then the clip (3) should be made in the form of reversed "U" profile (not shown). Accordingly, if the post pile profile has the shape of triangle, then the clip (3) should be adapted to outer surface of the post pile (not shown). Furthermore, if the post pile profile has the shape of tubular, then the clip (3) should be made in the form of profile "C" (not shown) to achieve a strong clamping force. In other words, the shape of fastening frame shaft (3) should be adapted with the shape of said solid steel pipe's outer surface being pressed, wherein the shape of said solid steel pipe (2) could be adapted with post pile profile being cast. Still referring to Fig.4, it can be seen that a braking apparatus member (7) is provided in the lower part of steel frame profile "I" (4), which could be secured by a bolt (7a) to hold rigidly in place the position of said apparatus of preparing hole for the post pile and to make said apparatus unmovable at the time of pressing the solid steel pipe (2). Said braking apparatus member (7) will be operated before the pressing said solid steel pipe (2) is done. In addition, a number of static load function as the ballast (not shown) to push said solid steel pipe (2) into the soil. Several hydraulic pumps (not shown) are positioned beside of said steel frame profile "I" (4) to lift said static load upward to any given height. Then, said height should be adapted with the height (interval) of hole provided in said solid steel pipe (2). Interval between one and another holes in said solid steel pipe (2) is in a range of 150 to 200 cm, or adjustable as necessary.

When said solid steel pipe (2) is ready to be pressed, then the position of said steel frame profile "I" (4) with its clips (3) should be adjusted to have the same height with the first interval of the first and second hole (3a) and (2a) of the solid steel pipe (2) by means of said hydraulic pump (not shown). Furthermore, if the position of said steel frame profile "I" (4) is in the same height with the bottom hole (3a) of solid steel pipe's hole (2a), then the position of said steel frame profile "I" (4) is rigidly secured by clip member (3) holding said solid steel pipe (2) with the assistance of pin (10) inserted to said steel frame profile "I" (4) through into the hole (2a) provided in said solid steel pipe

(2). After rigidly securing said solid steel pipe (2), then the lifting power of hydraulic pump is immediately released, so that said steel frame profile "I" (4) previously supported and lifted by such hydraulic pump (not shown) are moving down by virtue of ballast load pressure on the top and static load on the top of said steel frame profile "I" (4), this makes said solid steel pipe (2) are pushed down and penetrated into the soil to any given depth suitable with such a hydraulic pump capacity.

Further referring to Fig. 7, Fig. 8, and Fig. 9, where in Fig. 7 is a side view of braking member lockable to strongly fasten the supporting apparatus position of hydraulic system according to the present invention, Fig. 8 is a front view of braking member lockable to strongly fasten the supporting apparatus position of hydraulic system according to the present invention, whereas Fig. 9

is an elevation view of braking member- lockable to strongly fasten the supporting apparatus. position of hydraulic system according to the present invention. It is shown that the determination theϊall spot of said solid steel pipe (2) could be done by adjusting or slightly tuning using said driving roll (6a) through the track of driving roll pathway (6b), by previously releasing the braking member (7) by unlocking the bolt of braking lock (7a) beside of profile frame "I" (4).

Now referring to Fig. 20, it can be seen a perspective view of a perspective view of a reaming member for hole of the post pile in the form of circle pin to be positioned on the tip of the solid steel pipe to minimize the hydraulic pressing load, and to allow reaming the hole of the post pile in the depth suitable with the length of post pile according to the present invention. The position of said steel frame profile "I" (4) is released and pushed upward to the height of the next hole by hydraulic pump. The hole with small size diameter for the post pile size is made using circle case (8) previously as a primer hole. The next step, in preparing the hole with bigger diameter for the post pile as necessary, there should be needed such circle cases stacked in several level (8), by repeating the first step, again said steel frame profile "I" (4) is rigidly fastened to re-clamp said solid steel pipe (2) in whose tip are already equipped with reaming member for hole of the post pile (8), by said clip (3a) to said fastening frame steel shaft of said solid steel pipe (3) using pin (10) already inserted into said steel frame profile "I" (4) through the next hole of said solid steel pipe (2). Having rigidly fastened, then the lifting power of hydraulic pump is immediately released, so that said solid steel pipe (2) is being pushed into the soil and the second hole of post pile will be prepared with a dimension or diameter as necessary. Pressing direction of hydraulic pump should be adjusted with an oblique angle of hole as necessary.

Now referring to Fig. 20, 21, 22 and Fig. 23, wherein Fig. 20 is a perspective view of a reaming member for hole of the post pile in the form of circle pin to be positioned on the tip of the solid steel pipe to minimize the hydraulic pressing load to allow reaming the hole of the post pile in the depth suitable with the length of post pile according to the present invention; Fig. 21 is a perspective view of a reaming member for hole of the post pile in the form of circle pin and several arms and hinges to be positioned on the tip of the solid steel pipe to minimize the hydraulic pressing load to allow reaming the hole of the post pile in the depth suitable with the length of post pile according to the present invention, Fig. 22 is an elevation view of a reaming member for hole of the post pile in a closed condition taking the form of circle pin and several arms and hinges to be positioned on the tip of the solid steel pipe to minimize the hydraulic pressing load to allow reaming the hole of the post pile in the depth suitable with the length of post pile according to the present invention; and Fig. 23 is an elevation view of a reaming member for hole of the post pile in an opened condition taking the form of circle pin and several arms and hinges to be positioned on the

tip of the solid steel pipe to minimize the hydraulic pressing load to allow reaming the hole of the post pile in the depth suitable with the length of post pile according to the present invention. Previous steps are repeated to slightly ream the hole using with reaming member for hole of the post pile (8), until said solid steel pipe (2) completely penetrate into the soil to the depth necessary. Then, the reaming should be done once more to a maximum dimension or diameter hole as needed using said hole reaming member (9). In case the pressing should be adjusted to any oblique angle with certain dimension or diameter of the post pile hole, then said arms and hinges (9a) will be opened to a suitable dimension or diameter of the post pile hole necessary. Fig. 22 show the position when said arms and hinges (9a) is not opened (in closed position), however Fig.23 show the reverse condition where it will be in open condition by virtue of the pressing. This method of present invention allows for an unlimited size of post piles due to the position of ballast static load and the position of hydraulic pump do not need to be positioned too high above as the height of such a post pile, but it could be positioned to any suitable height above the soil surface, in other words, there is no need any maximum load in preparing any post pile to achieve any maximum load of supporting capacity for any necessary dimension or diameter of a hole for the post pile. After the apparatus for making or preparing a hole for the post pile [(1), (1a), (1b)] already have prepared the hole, then the concrete steel frame could be introduced into such a hole of the post pile suitable with the necessary profile shape of the post pile. To the end, we could cast the mixed concrete material into the hole of post pile already prepared with said concrete steel frame without any connection of pile, so that the method would result in a post pile for any multi-story building foundation with maximum strength.

Furthermore, referring to Fig. 10, 11, 12, 17, 18 and 19, in these drawings are shown views of several mode of mounting rolls fastened to the mounting frame of hydraulic portal for installing the driving rolls according to the present invention. The driving rolls (6a) could assist in the determination of the "fall spot" for said solid steel pipe (2) adjustable or slightly moved around said driving rolls (6a) through the track of driving roll pathway (6b) without releasing the braking member

(7). However, if we wish to make another new hole for the post pile at other distant location, for the purpose of determination the "fall spot" for the solid steel pipe (2), it could be implemented through adjustment of said driving rolls (6a) through the track of driving roll pathway (6b) after releasing the braking apparatus member (7) by loosening the bolt of said braking system (7a) located around the profile frame "I".

To the end, referring to Fig. 13, 14, 15 and 16, these drawings show perspective views of a number plate mountings fastened by the bolt to the frame of hydraulic portal for the installation of said hydraulic system according to the present invention. The drawings also show in detail several parts of an apparatus for making or preparing a hole for the post pile [(1), (1a), (1b)] on \hq frarne of

hydraulic portal (4), wherein to attach the apparatus for making or preparing a hole for the post pile [(1), (1a), (1b)] to the frame of hydraulic portal (4), we should fasten the bolt through the ' -fastenjng- plate mounting, to make the apparatus for making or preparing a hole for the post pile [(1 ), (1 a), (1 b)] could straightly stand upward for the positioning of solid steel pipe (2) being pressed into the soil. The advantage of the present invention is characterized in that for the purpose of reaming the hole for the post pile, we could use the hole reamer component [(8), (9)] to be located on the tip of said solid steel pipe (2) to minimize the use of hydraulic pressing load, so that there is provided a hole of post pile with any dimension or diameter as necessary without the necessity of maximum load. Furthermore, the advantage of the present invention is characterized in that said holes {(2a),

(3a)] are provided along the length of said solid steel pipe (2) and said fastening frame shaft (3). These holes of said solid steel pipe ([(2a), (3a)] could be inserted by pin (10) to clip said solid steel pipe (2) on the steel frame of profile "I" (4) of the apparatus for making or preparing a hole for the post pile [(1), (1a), (1b)] through the fastening frame shaft (3). With holes (2a) (3a) provided in said solid steel pipe (2) and the fastening frame shaft (3), then there is no need to locate the hydraulic pump at the high point, yet this also allow said solid steel pipe (2) to be used as long as possible without using connected solid steel pipe (2).

Another advantage of the present invention is that the process of preparing the hole for post pile could be done in duplication, i.e. between 2 and 6 holes of post pile could be prepared and/or pressed into the soil simultaneously, so that the work completion will be quicker, or in other words the cost of operation to prepare the hole for post pile could be lowered.

Another advantage of the present invention is that the length of a post pile could be made substantially long as necessary to be pressed into the soil without the necessity of connection. In other words, the length of post pile could be unlimited. Since the hole for such a post pile has been already prepared previously, thus the strength of the post pile could be maximized since there is no connection in between.

All relevant explanation and discussion referring to accompanied drawings in this specification are only the form of illustrations; they are not limited to the claim and description of the invention as described above, and could not be separated from the spirit of the present invention, since another mode and other possible modifications still could be done in the scope of the present invention as claimed hereinafter.
