Abstract:
The present invention relates to a method for preparing an iridoid-rich noni fruit extract or a fraction thereof, a method for preparing an immune-enhancing active material-rich noni fruit extract or a fraction thereof and the use of a noni fruit extract or a fraction thereof and, more specifically, to a method for preparing an iridoid-rich noni fruit extract or a fraction thereof, a method for preparing an immune-enhancing active material-rich noni fruit extract or a fraction thereof, an immune-enhancing pharmaceutical composition comprising the extract or the fraction thereof, a functional health food composition comprising the same constituents, an immune-enhancing method using the extract or the fraction thereof, and the use of the extract or the fraction thereof when preparing a drug for preventing or treating diseases associated with immune enhancement or immune deterioration, the method comprising a step of preparing a noni fruit extract by means of a particular concentration range of ethanol as an extraction solvent.
