Abstract:
Provided is a method for preparing a knitted wool-like warm fabric, comprising the following steps: 1) raw material selecting and blending; 2) spinning process; 3) weaving process; and 4) printing, dyeing and after-finishing. The knitted wool-like warm fabric is formed by knitting, dyeing, carbon grinding, softening and other after-finishing processes on china-hemp/cotton/polypropylene fibre blended yarns and polyolefin elastic fibres, i.e. comfortable elastic fibres, which are chosen as raw materials. The selection of the china-hemp is for the purpose of endowing the product with antibacterial, healthcare and UV-resistant functions, the cotton fibres are good in hygroscopicity and spinnability, and the polypropylene fibres are poor in heat conductivity and good in heat retention; and the blending of the three fibres enables the product to have properties of heat retention, moisture absorption and breathability, and antibacterial and UV-resistance functions; furthermore, by the weaving in of the polyolefin elastic fibres, the product has very good elasticity and conformality.
