Abstract:
A method for preparing a lactobionic acid fermentation composition on the basis of a supermolecular solvent of betaine and skincare use thereof. The method comprises: (1) preparing a supermolecular NaDES solvent of mandelic acid and betaine; (2) culturing a Hericium erinaceus hypha seed solution, adding the Hericium erinaceus hypha seed solution into a fermentation culture system of the supermolecular NaDES solvent of mandelic acid and betaine, fermenting to an end point, and then carrying out protein removal and decolorization operations to obtain a supermolecular fermentation liquor containing ergothioneine and β-glucan; (3) adding a lactose substrate, saccharide oxidase, and catalase into the supermolecular fermentation liquor containing ergothioneine and β-glucan, and carrying out fermentation culture at 25-30 °C for 6-24 hours to obtain a converted fermentation liquor; and (4) carrying out centrifugal purification and concentration on the converted fermentation liquor to obtain the supermolecular lactobionic acid fermentation composition. Compared with a traditional lactobionic acid production method, the method shortens the lactobionic acid fermentation and conversion time, improves the reaction rate and efficiency, and endows the product with more comprehensive properties at the same time. The supermolecular NaDES solvent is not likely to volatilize and good in biocompatibility, and can be repeatedly utilized for continuous fermentation, and the technological process is green and pollution-free; the supermolecular NaDES solvent itself is a solvent with a function of precursors, does not need to be separated, and is simple in subsequent purification operation; the fermentation composition can be used as a novel cosmetic raw material, and has the effects of peeling cutin, resisting oxidation, moisturizing, supplementing water, and the like.
