Abstract:
Disclosed is a method for preparing a lightweight composite material, comprising the following steps: step 1) leaving a raw material A to stand in an environment at 25ºC, proportionally adding components of the raw material A at 25ºC, pouring same into a port of a screw extruder, and starting the extruder; step 2) adding a raw material B to the extruding section of the screw extruder; step 3) injecting the extruded material into a mold and pressurizing same; and step 4) maintaining the temperature at 25ºC. The raw material A consists of the following components in parts by weight: 9-13.14 parts by weight of an unsaturated resin, 0.004-0.25 parts by weight of a curing accelerator, 0.02-0.2 parts by weight of a coupling agent, 0.01-1 part by weight of a foam stabilizer, 0.04-6 parts by weight of an acid substance, 0.2-2 parts by weight of a peroxide curing agent, and 0-4 parts by weight of a filler; and the raw material B consists of 0.04-1 parts by weight of a sulfonyl hydrazide compound and 0.32-1 parts by weight of an unsaturated resin, wherein same are mixed and dispersed into a paste.
