Abstract:
A method for preparing a liquid crystal display panel. The method comprises the following steps: providing a color filter substrate (10); providing a planarization layer (40') having a photoresist material (41) and a conductive material (42) on the color filter substrate (10), and depositing the conductive material (42) in the photoresist material (41); etching the planarization layer (40') with the deposited conductive material (42) to form a planarization layer (40') with a supporting pattern (PS); providing an orienting layer on the planarization layer (40'); providing a liquid crystal layer (30) on the orienting layer; providing an array substrate (20) on the liquid crystal layer (30) to form a liquid crystal display panel (200), wherein the conductive material (41) comprises one or more of carbon nano tubes, graphene, conductive macromolecules, a nanoscale conductive metal wire, and conductive metallic particles.
