Abstract:
Provided is a method for preparing lithium difluorophosphate. The method comprises: (1) reacting phosphorus oxychloride with a compound containing Si-O-Si in the presence of a catalyst to form trialkylsilyl dichlorophosphate, wherein the compound containing Si-O-Si is represented by the following general formula (1): in the formula, R1-R6 are alkyl groups having 1-3 carbon atoms; X1 is hydrogen or an alkyl group having 1-3 carbon atoms; X2 is an alkyl group having 1-3 carbon atoms; n is an integer from 0-10; (2) reacting trialkylsilyl dichlorophosphate with potassium fluoride in the presence of a solvent to form potassium difluorophosphate; and (3) in the presence of an organic solvent, causing potassium difluorophosphate and an organic lithium salt to undergo a salt metathesis reaction to form lithium difluorophosphate (1).
