Abstract:
A method for preparing loading-type nano-metal material using a microwave-assisted carbon template method, relating to the technical field of nanomaterial preparation. Forming a homogeneous solution in water using a sugar, urea, and oxide carrier precursor and a metal salt, so that the metal salt is evenly distributed throughout the mixed liquid. Using microwave heating to carbonise the sugar and obtain a carbon-coated oxide carrier and nano-metal, metal active components being uniformly distributed in the porous carbon; treating in air at high temperature to obtain an oxide carrier loaded nano-metal oxide; and then performing high temperature thermal treatment in a reductive atmosphere to obtain a porous carbon loaded nano-metal oxide or nano-metal material. Loading-type nanomaterial of simultaneously controllable loading capacity, particle size, crystal phase, and composition can be obtained by means of changing synthesis conditions such as the ratio of the raw materials and the microwave duration and power. The entire process has the advantages of simple operation and being environmentally friendly and low cost.
