Abstract:
Disclosed in the present application is a method for preparing low-carbon olefins from synthesis gas, comprising: introducing feed gas containing synthesis gas into a reaction zone to first contact a catalyst bed containing a catalyst I and then contact a catalyst bed containing a catalyst II, so as to prepare low-carbon olefins, wherein the catalyst I is selected from at least one of catalysts for preparing dimethyl ethers from the synthesis gas, and the catalyst II is selected from at least one of catalysts for preparing low-carbon olefins from the dimethyl ethers. The double-layer catalyst used in the present application enables the synthesis gas to generate low-carbon olefins with high selectivity, and the catalyst has good stability. The double-layer catalyst is more favorable for chemical heat removal and regeneration of molecular sieve components. The double-layer catalyst has lower carbon dioxide selectivity, and is thus beneficial to reduce carbon emission.
