Abstract:
Provided is a method for preparing a low-grade unsaturated fatty acid ester. The method comprises: dimethoxymethane (DMM) and low-grade fatty acid or ester with a molecular formula being R1-CH2COOR2 undergo an aldol condensation reaction on an acid molecular sieve catalyst in an inert atmosphere to obtain a low-grade unsaturated fatty acid or ester (CH2=C(R1)-COO-R2), where R1 and R2 independent represent H- and C1-C4 saturated alkyl group respectively. The provided method for preparing a low-grade unsaturated fatty acid ester features high catalyst reactivity, active ingredients that are not easy to lose, and a simple preparation process, and has a good industrial application prospect.
