Abstract:
The present invention relates to the field of powder coatings. Specifically provided is a method for preparing a low-temperature cured powder coating by means of post-mixing. In the method, a composite nano low-temperature cured catalyst is added to a powder coating by means of post-mixing, such that the composite nano low-temperature cured catalyst is dispersed and attached to the surface of powder coating particles, and therefore, a low-temperature cured powder coating is prepared, wherein the related composite nano low-temperature cured catalyst is formed by covering the surface of inorganic nanoparticles of a carrier with an original material for the low-temperature cured catalyst, and the preparation method therefor comprises: dissolving the original material for the low-temperature cured catalyst in a solvent, adding the inorganic nanoparticles, stirring same, and sequentially drying and pulverizing same until a nanoparticle morphology is formed, thereby obtaining the composite nano low-temperature cured catalyst. By means of the present invention, the quality of a coating film is improved, pre-curing in the process of extrusion, and pre-curing in the processes of production, transportation and storage are effectively avoided, and the convenience of production, storage and transportation of the coating is ensured.
