Abstract:
The present invention relates to a method for preparing materials for instant frying and a method for making a fried dish using the same. According to an aspect of the present invention, the method for preparing materials for instant frying, comprises the steps of: (a) maintaining materials for frying for a predetermined time while the materials are immersed in a curing agent; (b) coating the stuff for frying with a batter powder solution for the binding of a breading powder; (c) binding the breading powder to the materials for frying coated with the batter powder solution; (d) coating the materials for frying, on which the breading powder has been bound, with coating fat; (e) maintaining the materials for frying coated with the coating fat for a predetermined time to coagulate the coating fat; and (f) heating and cooking the materials for frying, of which the coating fat has been coagulated, at a predetermined temperature.
