Abstract:
Provided is a method for preparing vesicles, comprising: applying mechanical pressure to cells to induce cell death, so as to obtain the produced vesicles. The method induces cell death to produce the vesicles, with stable yield and high efficiency. Moreover, no induction reagent needs be additionally added in the induction process, only pressurization (positive pressure or negative pressure) treatment needs to be performed, the problem of reagent residues does not need to be worried about, and the method has excellent operability and safety, is suitable for large-scale production, and has a wide clinical application prospect.
