Abstract:
Disclosed is a method for preparing metal powder by atomization, Include: pressurizing and gasifying a liquid-state atomized substance in advance to obtain a gas-state atomized substance, wherein the atomized substance is in a liquid state at 10-30 ℃ under a standard atmospheric pressure; introducing the gas-state atomized substance into an atomization spray tray to perform gasification and atomization on a metal liquid to obtain metal powder. According to the present invention, it is unnecessary to perform liquidation on the atomized substance from the gas state, thereby reducing the cost of obtaining the liquid-state atomized substance; and furthermore, the atomized substance is in a liquid state at normal temperature under normal pressure, high-pressure transformation is not required in a transformation process, thereby reducing the transportation cost and the transportation danger of the atomized substance. According to the method for preparing metal powder by atomization, the material cost of the atomized substance is reduced to a great extent and the preparation cost of the metal powder is reduced.
