Disclosed are: a method capable of preparing, in large quantity, nonspherical/asymmetric (or nonspherical) microparticles in which the physical factors (for example, size, shape and the like) of a fine wire (for example, a glass-coated microwire) are controlled, by merging a micro/nanoparticle preparation technique (NT) and a laser processing technique; and a use thereof applicable to various fields including the bioassay and the security fields.
