Abstract:
A method for preparing a multi-scale cellulose nanofiber-based high efficiency air filter material. The method for preparing a multi-scale cellulose nanofiber-based high efficiency air filter material comprises the following steps: cellulose extraction: performing pretreatment on multi-scale cellulose, and using a physical treatment method and a chemical treatment to assist in extracting multi-scale cellulose nanofibers; electrospinning: performing electrospinning treatment on the extracted multi-scale cellulose, and machining and forming the cellulose nanofibers; antibacterial fiber treatment: treating chitosan fibers and ramie fibers, and uniformly mixing the two fibers; blending treatment: blending antibacterial fibers with the spun multi-scale cellulose nanofibers and aramid fibers; multi-layer combination: performing cutting according to the size of a filter element to obtain a filter piece; and embedding and drying. Disclosed is a method for preparing a multi-scale cellulose nanofiber-based high efficiency air filter material by means of electrospinning.
