Abstract:
Disclosed in the present invention is a method for preparing an N-formyl amide compound under the catalysis of visible light. In the method, an LED lamp is used as a light source to provide energy, economical and easily available secondary and tertiary amides are used as reaction substrates, copper chloride is used as a catalyst, oxygen is used as an oxidizing agent, commercially available hydrochloric acid is used as an additive, and nitromethane is used as a solvent. Compared with the prior art, the method of the present invention has the following advantages: 1) a green, mild and environment-friendly reaction mode using visible light for catalysis is adopted; 2) the reaction system is simple, the substrate range is broad, and aromatic and aliphatic amides are all applicable to the method; 3) oxygen serves as a green oxidizing agent; 4) the reaction yield is high; 5) the operation is simple; and 6) the raw materials are inexpensive and easily available.
