Title:
METHOD FOR PREPARING N-GLYCOSIDE COMPOUND FROM ALKOXYALLENE COMPOUND USING METAL CATALYST REGIOSELECTIVELY AND STEREOSELECTIVELY
Document Type and Number:
WIPO Patent Application WO/2019/004693
Kind Code:
A1
Abstract:
The present invention relates to a method for preparing an N-glycoside compound from an alkoxyallene compound using a metal catalyst regioselectively and stereoselectively. According to the method for preparing an N-glycoside compound according to the present invention, various N-glycosides can be synthesized from the alkoxyallene compound at a high yield and high optical purity by stereoselectively introducing a carbon-nitrogen bond to a desired position, in the presence of a metal catalyst, regardless of the kind of substituents in the compound.
